IIRC, 13 said before that the sister is the only mandatory relationship in the game. And while there may be a couple of her scenes that are skippable or avoidable, most are unlikely to be. If you don't like her, you probably won't like this game.

I don't know if I'm going to like her or not. I'm only asking because there's a chance that the scene in question could take my interest in her off if it can't be skipped.

She has several scenes. The game's backstory involves the MC having had a relationship with her in the past, and forming a new current relationship is not avoidable in the game.

You can avoid the sister's first scene, but you will instead get the scene with the girl who looks like the dead wife. You cannot avoid both those scenes, as they're mutually exclusive and there's no third option.

In case you meant other scenes, while her second scene is avoidable, her third and fourth scenes are unavoidable and unskippable, so if that is a problem, there it is. I didn't check the fifth and sixth scenes since I'd already found multiple unskippables.

I'll be giving some serious thought over whether to continue OI and/or B2S. Maybe I'll stop all together, maybe I'll start a new... safer project. I'll try to keep you all updated on my decision. I'm not going to pause subscriptions yet, but if I don't do any work over the next month, I will put all payments on hold. I understand if you want to unsubscribe at any moment.

I'm not going to discuss specifics of what is going on. If you already know about it, I hope you can understand. If you don't, I'm sure you'll hear about it soon. Even though there are differences in the laws of different jurisdictions, this whole thing has a lot of devs freaked out, including myself.

I hope to have some good news for you soon, but... we'll see.

Wait, Westy got busted? Well, that sucks, Australia is one of those stupid prude countries, so only thing surprising is that Proud Father was almost completed. If it's locally legal (ie USA or similar) there's 0 to worry about so dunno why all the panic. Unless those devs are also in Australia or a similar country ran by prudes.

I haven’t actually read anything specific so no idea if he had some real stuff or just digital, but some other devs are freaking out. Some are just taking time to see what happens and some are deleting all their stuff and everything in between.

Well, in Australia unless I'm mistaking them for some other cuntry they make no distinction on whether it's cartoon or real (yes, that's absolutely insane by American standards but it's Australia we are talking about). He's facing child porn charges either way, technically producing it as well. He's in deep shit. Real sad, I wanted to see PF finished, but oh well. Dunno why this has other devs in a panic also unless they are also in Australia. I know him and Seath Blackhart (hope he's not in Aus as well, that would suck) take turns poking fun jabs at each other as well as doing crossovers often between PF/TG, he's prob not taking this well.

I think one of the main concerns is that because of this SS could decide to change their TOS and start banning games with similar content.

Yeah, I know the Australian law doesn’t distinguish. I was distinguishing though, because if he was into real stuff then frankly he’s getting what he deserves. Art shouldn’t be illegal but the real stuff should. But that’s neither here nor there. And if anyone else is in Australia then they should see about moving to another place. Even just another commonwealth country would probably be better. But whatever. Sucks either way that this is the world we live in today if just making pixels can get you in trouble.
