I guess I'd like them more if they were any good, but almost every time I run into a game with minigames, they are pretty poorly done. I know I have run into exceptions before, but I can't really remember any specifically, which goes to show how much value I placed on that aspect of the game(s).
I'd rather not. Most ero games are created by someone who is fairly talented at Daz/Koi/HS/Blender/whatever, and maybe a good writer, but a bad (or at least very new) programmer. As a result the minigames are very simple and simply not a good use of my time. There are a few games that have had good minis (Babe Runner or Abandoned: A Tale Of Forgotten Lives come to mind, and some RPGM games have a legitimately fun combat system like Last Sovereign or Harem Collector) but the majority are a waste of my, and more importantly the developer's, time.
Mini-games fall under the same category as Sandbox. I like AVNs despite them, not because of them. Extra "Oh fuck this!" points if the Dev makes them skippable but then does in-game comments like: "Oh! Look at the content you missed because you disabled minigames!"(I'll admit... that's rare... but it still stuck with me)
