Someone gained access to the sinners section and then reported the website to cloudflare, the server host so now precautions are taking place to make this unlikely to happen again in the future.

I don't understand and the translators are shit, from the little I understood, the rank is obtained by collaborating with help answers basically, being like this someone like me who doesn't understand anything cannot progress, I will have to study typing and programming to contribute something, because the only thing I know is to switch to full screen in games. In fact, to write this I am using a translator.

So you need to have made 35 posts, have 12 hours of active time on the forum, not have any active warnings or bans, and have an account is is at least 2 weeks old OR if you are a developer of a game you can get access that way.

Meaningful is unknown exactly, cause that word is subjective, it would differ from person to person, however it is the general consensus that it is to stop spammers and that anything with more than 3 words would count.
