Hey everyone,
I’m writing this post to address an issue that a few of us in the translation community have been noticing recently on the forum.

As a translator member on the server myself, it’s really disappointing to see. We want Lewd Corner to be a better, more respectful platform for creators and users alike—and definitely not repeat the nonsense that happens on places like F95 zone.
I appealed to the F95 mods, requested thread ownership, and fixed the proper sources/credits myself. But then, a week later? They stripped my ownership and handed the thread over to a "bot" account. At that point, I just completely gave up dealing with F95's stupidity.
That kind of blatant disrespect for translators and brain-dead moderation is exactly what we want to avoid here. Translators put a massive amount of time into making these games playable, and taking 10 seconds to credit the original authors or ask before reposting is just basic courtesy and due diligence.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and let's keep making this community a great place for everyone

Lately, we've seen multiple uploads posted simply as "TL'd into English" without any mention or credit given to the people who actually spent the time working on, fixing, and releasing these patches. As a translator member on the server myself, it’s really disappointing to see. Why Proper Credit & Respect Matter (And Why F95 Sucks at It)
To give you an idea of why this is such a major issue: recently, an asshat on F95 uploaded one of my own translations without asking for permission or even letting me know. Keep in mind, the translation was already publicly available for free on the Dazed Discord server for anyone to grab. To make it worse, this bad actor lied and acted like I had given them the green light to post it.I appealed to the F95 mods, requested thread ownership, and fixed the proper sources/credits myself. But then, a week later? They stripped my ownership and handed the thread over to a "bot" account. At that point, I just completely gave up dealing with F95's stupidity.

How We Can Move Forward:
- For Uploaders: If you are uploading a game, please double-check where the translation patch came from and include the translator's name in your thread description.
- If You Don't Know / Don't Have Time: If you’re unsure who translated a specific release or are too busy to hunt down the credits, please reach out to me! I am more than happy to volunteer my time to help check, find, and supply the proper credits for your post so the original creators get the recognition they deserve.
