Yeah I think I bundled my cheating tools with it, hopefully causes no issues. I know I have some PM's with Ace that were boardline a walkthru.

Nah, that was me, as far as the cheating tools go. you dont have added any cheating tools in Libra.7z... and no that dont causes any issues...
have you also other translations the have removed from f95???

Likely, can you ask Ace or someone for a list, I have a lot of games still saved.

This is the guide to get to the "Treasure Room Cave" at the end of Popiru's dungeon under the lighthouse.

First: Go down the stairs where the red arrow is.

Then open the treasure chest.







As for the cipher, I'm not too sure what you are referring to, are you talking about the paper with the clock and dice on it? If so, then here are the answers which can be entered on a console underneath the shrine: 6952, 3426, 6387
