I play porn games for the eroticized fetish stories such as netorare or incest taboo that live action porn videos or short-form porn comics are incapable of delivering convincingly. The graphics still have to be good enough to trick the lizard brain (basic 2dcg anime doesn't work for me) but they're not the point and neither is the interactivity. I'd much rather watch live-action porn with real women if the directors/actors were talented enough to convincingly deliver those stories, but they simply aren't.

I like the intimacy, relations in a general sense. It is something that's taboo to show in most mainstream games, and when it is present it is vague and not that important overall. Sure, porn games can go too far to the other side, but I think there are many that are more story focused while still containing quite a bit of lewd stuff.
Enough choice depending my mood (play or just fap ).

I like the games more because it is not just mindless sex, well some of them are, but the great ones weave a constienant story around it. and it ain't all wholesome storytelling either. There are dark stories, evil stories, disturbing stories, sci-fi, magic, Isakai, the list goes on. There are so many different stories types you are bound to find one you like. Just need more racial variety in my lolis.
