All these replies made me realize the absolutely most used thing happening in practically all VNs I've encountered:

i'm tired of seeing one body type in 3D games. So rarely do we get any actual variation. Everyone is either a bimbo or a loli. there's no tall flat chested girls. there's no overweight short girls. there's no guys with average dicks. idk what's going on with the 3D modelling scene, or why game devs don't use alternative models, but I am getting bored with seeing an older sister who looks like the mom with slightly smaller tits, even though they are both enormous.
