I prefer games set against a Sci-fi backdrop.

Mechanisms like Mind Control, Harem setting.

I've yet to play any game that I think does this combo well
 
Fantasy with incest, harem, and pregnancy is my favorite. I also enjoy slice of life and sci-fi.
