Where my fellow yeasty bois at?
Ciabatta as a bread was invented in 1987 and it's my favorite bread for literally any occasion. Snacks, fancy plates, sammiches, oil transfer device. All hail Ciabatta

Any bread that's soft and crisps up nicely in a toaster. I ain't got no time to be fighting my food, and I'd rather strengthen my jaw muscles eating my lady partners out than in a war of attrition against a hardass bagel.

this is a good and tough question. after some consideration, i'll go with semolina.

I like potato bread. Potato bread slices for toast or bun for sandwiches. Australian brown bread is nice to just eat, but not as versatile and I prefer things that include bread more than having bread plain.

Baguette, Brioche, Some Italian breads (Fococcia/Pizza) can be incredible. I bake as a hobby.

This might not count, but I like sultana/fruit/raisin bread. Tastes great toasted; I'll never understand why people HATE sultanas.

Must admit that I like a variety of different breads as long as they are nice and fresh. If I had to pick a favorite - probably a nice fresh loaf of rye bread.
