Italian garlic knots. Lots of garlic and oil. Nice and crispy on the outside. Chewy and soft on the inside.

I am not sure exactly what the bread is called I just know I need to ask for Greek Toast when I go out for breakfast here in the US. If you have never had it before you have to try it. It is a thick-cut slice of bread with sesame seeds and has a unique taste. I have asked around on Google and even the restaurants where I get them, and no one can give me a straight answer about where I can buy them for home.
