Someone said starless and i agree 100%. had some vile scenes with scat. I forget the name of this other game but it had a part where someone got stuffed, like taxidermized. not graphic but the thought of it freaked me out

I'm truly surprised I haven't seen anyone mention Friends in Need yet. You can take one of the most wholesome paths in an adult game I've ever seen, but also the dark path is so incredibly dark, I legitimately haven't gotten all the way through it. The post-nut clarity kicks in before the nut even happens. Its that bad. The choices you are capable of making as the MC are very disturbing and I kinda maybe worry for the mind of the dev a little lol. Nicki has been through enough already
(make sure you play with the patch, otherwise most of the content doesn't show)

Deaufosse should probably get some professional help tho... after he finishes Malignant of course, wouldn't want that to go unfinished tho now would we?

I was going to say Raptus, but well many people here choose that one too. Panic attack i stop to play early because it was too fuck up for me (and that's something). Deaufosse game are pretty fuck up, Malignant but also his other, Burned.

I think nobody talk about Enslaver series by "MiloHaze FetishFactory", Assault by "DumbCrow" and "To train a child" from the site that should not be named.

Well and there is the japanese stuff, they beat anyone easily at doing fuck up games (the two Evenicle games by famous studio Alice Soft, one of the older porn game studios in the world to be still active today, for example.)
