Light of My Life... maybe one update a year... slow burn game... always eager for the next one... and they keep getting better.

Excellent game superb story in the top 5 they deserve a great praise for an excellent job

I feel like I'm the only person that likes it, but "Mesmerized". You hypnotize your alcoholic neighbor and end up fucking her and your "roommate" and "landlady" (sister and mom). It's great, and you can tell they're almost to an ending but I haven't seen an update in forever.

Minecraft, as it is the longest-running/oldest possible answer to this question. It started the trend.

I still (barely) follow Ultima Online and its shenanigans. That game is pushing 30... fuuuck I am getting old.

Used to be Summertime Saga but then they changed the family relationships and the incest patches stopped working. Timestamps is the closest thing to long running since it is one story it's just been broken into two parts.

Mythic Manor
Summertime saga
are among the top

For me its these but mythic manor gets changed out for the headmaster then i toss in house part #2 and atleast on of those inside out games.

But i know i am alone here i wish that sumertime sega has a breast patch so many are way to big for me and in turn ruin the game.

Perhaps it is do to the fact i never went to an American school but in my school i never had a girl with breast so big they could sag to her knees.

I think Grandma's House is the one game I am constantly enjoying for the longest time. Yeah, there are other entries that have a longer runtime. But I abandoned them at some point. But Grandma's House is something that I constantly have my eye on.

When I see Koga is making an Update, I smilie and download. Some updates are good, some are meeh. But all in all, it's like Grandma's pie... smutty soulfood

Got to agree. Grandma's House may not be as old as some of the other mentioned, but the updates are regular and still maintain a really high quality (IMO). I always keep an eye out for them and unlike other games in previous posts am not disappointed or frustrated while waiting or when they are available for downlaod

Free Cities, although technically the original author disappeared and the community is continuing to add content. That game got a whole new breath of life when they added automatic AI generation support.
