I wonder which game made you aware of the genre. Were they harmless games with nudity or porn games?
To be honest, for me it was a strip poker game on the Amiga (that's a computer from the 80s that had great graphics capabilities - probably hardly anyone remembers it). But I got into games with a storyline a few years ago when I discovered a game in which the protagonist had to share a room with his niece. It was heavily text-based and graphically not that exciting.

I don't think I have ever played a pron game. But my first porn game was View of Family.

Would probably be Sisterly Lust or Long Live the Princess, either way I first discovered the modern AVN's through Legend of Krystal Forums after falling down a flash rabbit hole.

I say modern AVN's because I spent many an hour trying to guess my way through the moonspeak options of japanese visual novel games found on the early dial-up interwebs, I'm talkin' mid 90's shit that was likely my first exposure to so many weird fetishes...
