If you want a training game not by Akabur, check out Wife Trainer. Still incomplete, but has a ton of content. Uses real images, but has enjoyable gameplay.

I can't even recall all the old flash games I played way back. As far as actual games like we think of now, I believe Corrupted Kingdoms.
