Katawa Shoujo. This AVN was groundbreaking in its time for its focus on imperfections in its love interests and, I think, really put a spark in the story-driven products we see today.

Mummy Love drew me into the Shark's Lagoon! Not exactly a game, but most things SL came out with were pretty linear. Can't seem to find that story anywhere now, though.

Don't remember if it was this one in particular but it was definitely one of those early newgrounds games.

Renpy was I think "Sisterly Lust", hooked on IC right away...
But the first adult game was SDT (Super Deep Throat), an old school flash game about deep throat and customization of the characters.
It was really well made and highly modable.
