Not all of them, they're even a few youtubers that have switch to being Vtubers. Nuxanor has started doing Vtubing now instead of using his PNG Avatar.

Hololive and Nijisanji got the talent, aesthetic, balances being wholesome and funny. Most of the other indie english vtubers and vshojo just spam sex jokes. I don't watch vtubers much anymore though.

Many of those about yes, just innuendo and "accidental flashing". Cheapens the brand so to speak.

I've never watched one, only heard them as part of a collab, so my thoughts are that they are regular youtubers who apparently pay for software I haven't seen.

I hope, I don't sound too sexist, but at least some vtubers tends to be funnier or more entertaining to watch than typical female streamers. At least in clips and videos I watch sometimes.
