I would say that very early sex scenes. It does not necessarily make me skip the game right away but I do not want to see it immediately since it does not gratify as much.
Another one would be stories that are 'memories', like '6 months ago' and the game starts there.

I never felt the desire to share my LI so NTR I avoid. An incomprehensible story is even worse. The story does not have to be realistic, but should be internally consistent. Don't have the character be a sex god in one act and then a novice in the next without at least some kind of explanation.
