So both here and in most games platforms, the tags being used are pretty... stable
should we be more flexible there?

there's some quite a bit of stuff we don't have tags for, which seems to be popular out there.

1. Pegging (+46.4 percent)

3. Sex fights (+36 percent)
4. Femdom (+33.5 percent)

6. Chastity (+24.5 percent)

Meanwhile, we have like 5 different tags for futa, the same for the different tastes of NTR, and both Femdom and Female Domination

Honestly the only one that appeals to me is sex fight when it's two women. Belly buttons maybe??? But I think it's more like smooth stomachs which are just a result of a slightly curvy body type which I like anyway. While I don't get the others, I do get how people can develop such fetishes

What porn sites are making isn't necessarily indicative of what is common enough in porn games to have a tag. That said, I have seen at least one game for all the things you listed (other than maybe belly button? I have played a game where you fuck a belly button, is that what that tag means?) Having tags that aren't used very much isn't that big of a deal anyway, mainly we just don't want to have a lot of tags that mean almost the same thing which makes searching and choosing what tag to apply to games harder. However, adding a new process to formalize adding new tags is probably not a top priority at the moment.
