Bad grammar/punctuation is the number 1 reason for me dropping games. Stuff like putting commas in the wrong spot or spelling mistakes annoy me to no end. Mind you, I mean consistent issues with them, seeing a word or two misspelled is fine, but if in just about every line there is a spelling error or grammar/punctuation error I am dropping it and never looking back.

As petty as it it, fucked up grammar... I can tolerate some typos but proof read your shit FFS.

Also bad UI is always, always a turnoff. If the game fails as a game, then forget the porn.

Ugh! I hate grinding. It's already a pain in WoW, so I surely don't want to be doing it in an AVN as well.
That pretty much is a game killer for me. I quit playing one AVN because of it. I won't mention the game's
title, but I'm sure everyone has run into it. I mean the Dev event tells you at the outset that you have to
"work" for your journey.

has to be slowburn to any real conent like i get it you want you game to be big or you wanna build up the world but if i got a hour in and theres nothing or its far to long to get to anything like building up a incest relation ship in a way that not interesting then its just annoying to play and no point i get it you want it to be slow and developed but there are many way to have sexural things happen and still have that slow naturel build up

"Sunshine Love" is a pretty good VN overall, but the incredibly verbose inner dialogue by the main character made me stop playing. I mean, it goes on forever and ever and ever... GET ON WITH IT ALREADY! I appreciate good dialog and I'm not opposed to a wordy story if it serves the game well. It's just, some creators jus don't know when to shut up.

Yeah, some of them need a "shut the fuck up mode." Keep internal dialogue to a minimum at least. Some of them are trying to write a novel longer than War and Peace. Usually goes hand in had with blueballing.

RPGM at all. It's horrible. They almost all use default map graphics which are bad by 1980s standards. Also have a bad sense of direction and having to navigate = unplayable.
