Yeah, a disturbing amount of games where you play as a character with an established sexual history still tend to have a protagonist with dialogue something along the lines of "Uwaaah! N-naked lady?! What do I do?? "
It's really frustrating. Especially if I'm playing a game where a woman takes the lead, and the MC runs away like a child.
