big/huge tits. Big boobs are fine, but I don't get how people find a women with a bust the size of the fking Hindenburg attractive.
POV: you play game with Big Boobs Tag :ROFLMAO:

html, i have seen a couple good games but over 99% of the time they use the exact same scenes and exact same porn actresses as well as have a rubbish story.

Any oversized trait like big tits, big ass etc and ntr is all red flags for me. The absolute biggest red flag is necrophilia.

Scat 100%, that just really turns me away from a game immediately.

I am not sure
if I am a developer, I think I would create my game from my favorite game but not only. I mean if a particular tag can be good for my game and add something. I can agree to add some of it
For example
a guy with varied tastes like bisexual and I'm doing a sort of Sandgame I can add a character of the same sex as the MC
but I don't force it
it's like having a choice between a man or a woman for the MC
This can be a good thing
as a developer i thing you want to share your favorite but give fun to others too
off course not everyone have this logic
But this is why i can play some game and being tolerant with some tag

The problem comes when you sit down to work on the next update for that game. Suppose you're making that game, you've included an optional male love interest for bisexual players, but you yourself have no attraction to men. When it's time to start writing and rendering, whose scenes are you going to be excited and passionate about finishing? The girl you personally find really hot, who inspired you to start working on a game when you made her model while screwing around with DAZ3D? Or the guy you have no personal interest in and are only including because it seems like other people might? You can include both but if one of them isn't of personal interest to you, it's very likely to get less quality and quantity of work.

Thus the many games I've checked out with fully fleshed out feminization or submission routes and parallel straight or dominant routes comprised of a couple hasty pages and a [In Development!] sign.

it's quite simple write a side story for him but think about her, adapt the details for him.. and ask the opinion of people who are in this interest, of course you can do everything alone.. but it can be interesting to have an opinion and the advice of others I already see a lot of developers asking their community for advice or what they want
I'm not sure that absolutely all game devs only work on the subjects that interest them the most, it's a bit like the principle of fan service

Tend to avoid big tits, sisification and snuff. However, I will try most games if the initial screenshot grabs me. The storyline and gameplay presentation that are more important.
I tend to focus on RenPy, I avoid RPGM, and generally avoid HTML (although I currently enjoy The Monastry).

I would normally avoid games with gay content but here I am playing Warlock and Boobs, tit-fucking a dude with boobs. Cest la vie!

No problem at all with NTR
the one i dislike are
No sexual content
real porn
furry
text based
and of course censored game

That might work if it's just a difference in genders (or it might result in a gay story that people feel is lazily "find/replace all" patched from the straight version). It would be a lot harder if we're talking something like straight vs. feminization, where the entire structure of the story is going to be different.

And of course this is all extra steps that the dev has to take relative to the fetish they're really interested in writing about, which is my point- the thing they're into is a passion, the thing they don't like but are including for money/other people is extra work that isn't personally appealing to them. And it tends to show.
