Well he isn't wrong. You're playing a sex game as a female character. What do you think is going to happen unless the game explicitly gives you the agency to act as an actual MC rather than part of one of the infinite male MC harems? I said it before, I'd rather not be on the business end of any adult game if I can help it, and I don't blame anyone for wanting the same.

In any interaction I see myself as the character dealing the damage, my immersion goes no further lol

I might be cheating since it isn't a tag, but when the Father/daughter stuff starts up and daddy gets upset when his little angel starts toying with him. This after the dad constantly eyeing her up. having lewd thoughts and staring at her ass for weeks on end. Oh, now you think it's a bad thing papa?

A good exception to that rule I can recommend is Personal Asssistant by Blackheart or most Ren'py remakes where the original version was/is made in RPGM.

Other than those 2 I agree with you.

Unless it was just godawful from the get go, remakes almost never go well. As for a real answer to the question, futa, gay, furry. I don't have hatred in my heart, I just can't get excited over scenes I'm not into.

I find it pretty easy to identify with the perpetrator rather than the protagonist in mangas, but it's a lot harder for me to not identify as the protagonist in games so I tend to stay away.
