I prefer juices, but usually during the day what I drink it's just regular water. I do indulge in some choccy milk once or twice per day, though.

Instead of Dihydrogen Monoxide, I prefer oxidane with some mineral ions. That refreshs me. 🥸

Constant tap water, 1-2 times a week iced tea and every 2-3 months concentrated alcohol

Any type of cold tea, water, or sometimes I just want an ice cold soda, and yeah don't care if soda is bad for you.

gotta have my daily coffee, but also enjoy a nice black tea.
always gotta have water too, and while i used to have soda quite regularly, i've since cut down on it and have sparkling water for that carbonated hit when i need it.

The "stay hydrated" obsession is just a meme. Drink when you're thirsty and don't when you're not it's literally that simple, you don't have to reach a specific amount of "hydration" that you have to set some sort of reminder about it. The medically advised amount is 3 liters give or take a bit, but what that doesn't bother to mention is that you get hydration from foods that you eat as well. That watermelon is 92% water for instance. The Kangaroo Rat spends it's entire life without needing to drink a single drop of water, not because it doesn't need water, but because it gets all the water it needs from the food it intakes. So in the end the reminders to "stay hydrated" are as absurd as reminding somebody that they have to eat food at some point or they'd starve to death. Eat when you're hungry and drink when you're thirsty.

To answer the question I like a good cocktail daily everything else can be on rotation, but a nice cocktail is my daily treat so I'd regret not getting at least one each day.

Double espresso twice a day one when I first get up and a second right around dinner time and gulps of whatever else is available in between.
ie: Water , milk, juice etc.

Coffee and water mostly

Water, milk, and sometimes orange juice

The blood of the fallen enemies in modded skyrim :)

Milk for breakfast, the rest of the day water and the occasional beer

Coffee, coffee and sometimes coffee. Water is ok too.
