Jug of water with added squeezed lemon juice for vitamin C and a little sea salt for electrolytes.

I'm a huge advocate for proper tea consumption. Unfortunately, most tea products one can find at grocery stores in the West are trash. Most people who have tried tea and didn't like it never had the opportunity to try anything other than grocery store-bought garbage (to say nothing about not infusing it properly). Tea is not supposed to be leaf trimmings inside a bag that leaks microplastics into the water, dipped into boiling water regardless of variety, for over 5 minutes. Tea is supposed to be whole leaves allowed to flow freely inside water (use a sieve to separate them when serving), in proper temperature (rule of thumb: 95C/203F for black, 90C/194F for oolong, 85C/185F for white, 80C/176F for green), for a proper amount of time (rule of thumb: 4-5 minutes for black, 3-4 minutes for oolong, 2-3 minutes for white or green).

I cannot overstate this: find places near you that sell whole-leaf tea, or find websites where you can order it online. Most of these specialized stores will also provide instructions on how each of their tea products is properly infused. You will never be able to go back to grocery store-bought trash ever again.

For those of you in the northern hemisphere who would prefer a cool drink right now, tea can be stored in the fridge and enjoyed as a cool drink as well.

Also, do yourselves a favor and don't add sugar or, even worse, milk. Proper tea is rich in flavor on its own. It'd be a shame to not enjoy it.

Vast majority is water. I'll have one kombucha a day.
I'm thinking of getting one of those at home soda machines but shopping around to see which are the best ones since there's quite a few to choose from. But even then I'd limit it to one drink a day.
I don't drink alcohol at all.

Water or juice. Its good to stay at least a little healthy with the amount of junk that i eat

That would be water for me and maybe some complimentary drink with food.

Tea can be warming and relaxing to drink. Other times you can add any type of milk to black tea and get a nice cold drink.

Bullit Energy.

Most of the time when I'm outside I will have water or sparkling water but sometimes when I'm home I drink homemade grapefruit juice.

Black coffee. If its hot brew it strong then add ice cubes. The addiction must be fed. Dehydration is a myth (probably...)

Water of course, but if I don't drink my coffee "nero" in the morning, I'm like a zombi for all day! 🧟‍♂️
For lunch and dinner basically water but depending on the food I would prefer wine, beer or Fanta (orange soda). 🍷🍺🍹

I like juice, alcohol. But I LOVE water

Lots of coffee in the morning, then water pretty much the rest of the day. I'll very rarely have some tea instead just to mix things up.
