Some of you are absolutely hardcore. 4k hours is quite something. I only have about 2k hours in rocket league and alsmost the same in Maplestory 2. Sadly GMS2 sucked enough balls for it to get cancelled, even though I had the best time. Unclocked time I would say got sank the most in WoW back before Blizzard gave a damn. Recent games I have poured a stupid amount of time into are split between Satisfactory, Star Citizen and No Man's Sky. When Light No Fire comes out, I'll probably be no lifing that too.
Just looked at.
I thought I had more hours on Mount and Blade Warband --> 622
Instead I have even more in Team Fortress 2 --> 828
I still can't believe that I played so many hours to that joke of a game
However many more with WoW for sure
Same as quite a few people here. Had over 200 days played on at least two toons in WoW back in the day. Single player games are probably all JRPGS and Metal Gear Solid V.
For porn games? Likely the ones that actually have some kind of gameplay. Summertime Saga, Rewind, Astral Lust, Lisland are a few that come to mind.
Actually, scratch those. Lessons in Love wins in the porn games department by a mile but that's just pure reading. It's long - possibly the longest VN ever made - and if you want to play through the puzzle sections without a guide then you need to be paying attention to everything. Writing down (or screenshotting) every suspicious number or image you see. Don't let that fact deter you if you ever consider playing it. The writing is truly excellent and it only gets better as the story progresses.
For me, it's Total War Warhammer 3, although my hours count is garbage since I have left it running in between turns on a regular basis. When I was working from home, it would often be running in the background for when I had downtime.
I mean are we talking about single games, or can we combine different parts of a series (like Halo 1, or the HALO Series).
Having asked that I'll say:
The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series would probably be at or near the top.
Halo series and Mass effect were big time sinks.
Not sure but some of the VERY old D&D games (talking about games where you had to swap floppies to continue games) would also count.
For Current games we have:
Online games I would say Phantasy Star. Played PSU and now been on PSO2 since before New Genesis. (I checked and have almost 8.5 THOUSAND hours on PSO2, PSU was probably as bad or worse) Though I leave the game on sometimes when I'm not active.
I also play a good bit of Icarus (with 1100+ hours)
Path of Exile 2023 h, I'm already looking forward to and i am also afraid of the final release of Path of Exile 2 , my real life will suffer greatly as a result.
On Steam, it's Total War Warhammer 2 with 1095 hours. In fact, 4of my top 10 on steam are Total War titles.
Factorio is @2 with 721 hours. Fallout 4 is #4, then original skyrim. Skyrim SE is only at 175 hours apparently.
Counting non steam games is hard since nothing exists to track gameplay hours there in one place anymore (I miss Xfire and raptr)
Played a lot of World of Tanks back then, 10k battles, so easily 1000 hours as well. So probably that's gonna be the one that I played the most.
Daughter, Darling, Dinner - I have played through this one many times because there are so many story branches and a single decision at any point can completely change the outcome.
Neko Paradise - I have gone back through this one several times to pick up and hit goals I missed or simply didn’t get due to the games random outcomes with certain things.
Artemis - This story could stand on its own without an ounce of sex related scenes. I have gone back and played through it many times just to enjoy the story.
Leap of Faith - This is the only game that has ever made me tear up and cry. I suffer from severe PTSD and this story helped me deal with many of the darker feelings I was having when I first ran across it. I go back to it when my depression begins to take hold. If you have never played it, you need to.
So accourding to steam that would be Ark with 1350 hours and Satisfactory with 917 hours. However without the hours to back them up I've played a few games a lot more. Warframe I've spent many hours on, over 3 platforms (pc, xbox, playstation) and 4 accounts. I've also spent many hours on both Elder Scrolls Online and World of Warcraft. The most by far though is a 30+ year old mmorpg called Tibia which I played on and off for about 20 years and spent many many many hours on.
