For VN/games.

ADD: 6/20/2026
State of Decay 2 over 2000 hours of play and still playing.
I logged thousands of hours in World of Warcraft. I quit the game a couple of years ago but the itch to play is still there. Second would be Skyrim with over 1800 hours but some of that was playing around with mods.
Warframe, about 1500-1600 hours. I like the gameplay, but the grind is real. I've taken brakes over the years, and there's been a lot of new content when I got back into it, it was kinda overwhelming to pick what to do. I also don't get to play with a lot of other people this way since they're mostly doing the popular and newest content. Finally dropped it for good last year, MP games have lost their appeal over the years for me.
Monster hunter iceborne, pokemon heart gold, Skyrim, Dragons dogma dark arisen, zenless Zone Zero and genshin Impact are games I've put the most time into
One of the sites presented here and on similar sites is Bright Past - Ren'Py - DAZ - Bright Past [v1.005] [Kosmos Games]. This is a completed project, since I had to start a couple of times during the development process, I spent more than 100 hours on it in total. Closer to the truth would be 110-115.
TES series. Mainly Oblivion and Skyrim for a few years. Not really playing or progressing on quest but spend most on tweaking mods. Until my cheap weak graphics card literally producing smoke from improper OC. Nowdays ShatteredPD since I can't afford gaming rig.
For regular games, it would either be Warcraft 3's custom maps (NOT Dota) or League of Legends. I've invested an ungodly amount of months/years into both of those.
For MMOs, Maplestory.
For H-games... probably Sengoku Rance? I've replayed that game like 5+ times, and did all of its routes multiple times each. I'm sure I've played that one for over 200 hours total.
