Definitely the most hours as its already a very long game, as for how much, idk as it has many paths you can take and its such a good game regardless

For VN/games.
Well before it got abandoned I had well over 1200 hours in Big Brother. (((Gave up on it 5 years ago.)))
Well over 1100 hours in "Love of Magic" all 3 books. (((Still Playing)))
Well over 1000 hours in Lab Rats 2 and Lab Rats 2 Reformulate. (((Still Playing)))

Now for the big 4 AAA games.​

The Sims 2 well over 10,000 hours of play. (((Still Playing)))​

Fallout 4 well over 4,000 hours of play.​

Skyrim in all versions well over 5,000 hours of play.​

World of Tanks well over 4,000 hours of play. (((Still Playing)))​

I logged thousands of hours in World of Warcraft. I quit the game a couple of years ago but the itch to play is still there. Second would be Skyrim with over 1800 hours but some of that was playing around with mods.
