Good luck as that is a very rare genre and it doesn't have that many western fans.Unpopular opinion I know, but I'd like some optional beast content in more HQ games. Almost none of that out there for the few who look for it...
This really bothers me with some games I really love otherwise. Single Again is the latest example for me. In it, two of the daughters are a lesbian couple, and the one that's antagonistic towards MC likes sharing her exploits with him. This is treading dangerously toward sharing/netorase territory, which I find too close to full-on NTR for comfort.most of the time when they make harem they add lesbian, that null the harem aspect, now it becomes poly
YES. Pacing is such an important part of any game, lewd or not. Whether it's an intentional slow burn or more H-scene heavy, they ought to still have the basic bell curve of interest per "chapter" (or more practically, every update). The curve would ideally be based on sexual tension, but it can apply to more standard stuff like action, mystery, etc. Specific to sexual tension, its progression should always be predictable; otherwise, it's Blue Ball Bonanza. The same thing I want in non-porn content: uninterrupted flow.
Fuck yes. Single Again applies to this also. (A worrying trend that this game is mentioned again, but it has its upsides.) This trope is a dumb carryover from manga, and is implemented even more poorly on average. If I wanted to play a pussy, I'd filter by "female protagonist" (or seriously, by "ntr").When the MC isn't clueless. We all know what you are going to do. Thats why we are here
This goes back to the issue of pacing. I love the corruption trope, but like you said it takes way too long and not by design. Blue Balls Bonanza again.Another drawn out trope is the "This is too taboo and morally wrong MC and love interest" and then you spend hours trying to "convert them" to finally get to the content. It can work but it's so overdone that it feels lazy sometimes
I absolutely hate these types of games. I have nothing against non-harem games, but fuck the ones that are obviously playing out as one in order to capture a bigger market, lead you on every update, and then say near the endgame that Oops! You actually only get single path endings.more real harem endings, too many fake harem games where MC fucks all the girls but then just marries one of them at the end and the other girls are let go
I hate long waits too, but it's understandable for most devs. (At least as long as they don't obviously milk their subscribers monthly.) If anything, I would like much more for games that finish development, especially without rushing the ending. In fact, I would prefer games that take longer (years) to finish and have less total content if it leads to a proper damn ending.Constant updates, waiting 1 or 2 months it's one thing, now 4 months or more of wait makes me sad
Yup, absolutely. Basically have an exclusive Dom relationship.Blackmail/Corruption where the women dont get shared or pimped out at some point.
Oh hell yes. This is an expression of the Dom MC trope which I personally love, but agree is very uncommon in lewd games.more characters with a acual relationship being broken by mc presence
This is a sad and highly common story among indie devs in general. The solution for most is to have a much smaller scope (if they even defined one before starting development.) I would much rather have an hour-long short game with a clear vision, decent production value, and a proper ending over a multi-hour long game with tons of content, but that took years and ended up abandoned (I'm fucking looking at you, Ecchi Sensei.)Professionalism.
I appreciate the hobbiests and we'd be nowhere without them... but too many wish-washy devs biting off more than they can chew and burining-out has really dampened this genre. in my opinion.
More NTR is something I'm sure everyone can agree on.
More like "almost nobody"More NTR is something I'm sure everyone can agree on.
But they're so monomaniac and active that they seem to be everywhere.More like "almost nobody"
