Phone, I play pc games on my phone through emulation. Lots of options for that nowadays (assuming you are on android).

Parroting what a lot of others have said, I only browse here on my PC. I think it helps keep things separate, plus I feel like forums are always hit or miss when it comes to adapting to a mobile browser. I have no clue what this is like on my phone, so I can't comment on its quality, but it makes me tend to just skip trying altogether.
