What are your opinions on games made with real porn?

Not a fan. The only exception I make is for Wife Trainer. The writing in that particular game is good enough to stand on its own and the images used are very carefully curated to support the story.

Not a fan. It is low quality, lazy and an easy way for the developer to skip hiring an artist.
1. The developer has to look through tens, if not hundreds of real porn videos to find the most preferable frames and make them into images and gifs. They have to leave the watermarks of the porn websites, otherwise it opens them up to DMCA and copyright lawsuits.
2. Leaving that watermark obviously takes you out of the immersion because now you already know the origin of that real porn, and something that has nothing to do with the game you are playing.
3. Real porn is unrelated to the games you are playing. They have no association with the game, and do not cater to it. The real porn scene could just be two people fucking, but the game spins it as stepfather porno.
"Girl Life" is a QSP game that I really like but it uses gifs of real porn and most obvious images taken from brazzers and fake taxi ruin it.

I'm of two minds on the topic.
In most cases, it is indicative of low effort slop. Toss together a SugarCube mess, use the same half dozen brazzer's scenes everyone else is using (no compression of course, your 0.0.1 needs to be AT LEAST 5gb!), shove it out the door and open your Patreon.
But on the other hand some of my favorite games are built around Real Porn. I suppose it comes down to how much effort the dev puts in to the writing and "gameplay" (for lack of a better word).
....though I suppose that could be nostalgia and/or Stockholm syndrome at this point, who knows.
Basically I don't automatically filter out the Real Porn tag, I know there are some gems in the muck, but you definitely need to bring a shovel.

Wait I think this is the first I've heard of these types of games. Like is it footage that they took on their own? (i'm assuming not) What games use real porn footage? For some reason my first thought were those old FMV games like Plumbers Don't Wear Ties lmao

I don't mind it, there's some pretty solid real porn games that have been quite impressively stitched together with various pictures and videos of pornstars. I imagine it's quite difficult to find the perfect picture or video in some scene the author wants to create so it's probably immensely restrictive in what you can create, if you're attempting to have some consistency with the models. If the writing is good though i could care less whether it 3d, 2d real porn, as long as there's some visual along with some arousing text.

You see it in a lot of HTML games, or more niche engines like QSP. Folks work up a story and chop up pornhub vids instead of drawing art or rendering 3dCG.
Sometimes it can work, but there is a LOT of slop in the genre.

the reason I even play porn games is to have various fetishes fulfilled that I can't get from real life porn so real porn games just don't interest me tho I probably wouldn't play them regardless as I don't think there a good way to consume real life porn as most aren't very good
