discussion What are your opinions on games made with real porn?

If done well, I like real clips included. The writing can get into taboo aspects the porn movie dares not travel into. This is a turn on.

same I mostly ignore them. I assume they play/feel like those games that amass disjointed CG's from various games and slap 'em together, except they slap together porn images instead of random 2D art

The only game i can think of right now that featured real porn was "ufook me" it was an iphone porn game waaaay back then which had multiple scenes filmed and playing different clips depending on your interactions like rubbing the pussy or something. Never had that game tho since it was practically impossible to get. First you had to be jailbroken to even get it, and then you actually needed to buy it and also needed login credentials i believe for the game to even work, so pirating was not really an option. But because it was so niche and not available without jailbreaking, it died pretty fast

Not my thing, can't really explain it but there's a sort of porn "immersion" , that's why most of the times I prefer live cams to actual porn - having it in games is another step back from that immersion, imho

While I don't play many of these, I rather liked The Spinny. The dev is very committed to making it a good "game" and not just a bunch of porn clips. Introducing new systems and simplistic resource management.

As for the difficulty of making them, I can comment on The Spinny, and how much effort Dannot takes. He only puts actresses in that have a lot of POV content, and strong social media presence. So he has lots of quality still images of semi-normal activities, to illustrate the game part of the game. The porn music is a bit repetitive, but it's needed to cover the immersion-breaking elements of the videos.

I really don´t get it, why bother with it. Just look at porn sites. Especially in html... So much space wasted for small clips, you findon every porn clip site...

I generally figure they're made by people who are not artistic but don't want to shell out for one or invest in learning art. AKA new storytellers. Because the barrier for entry is much lower there's a wider range in quality causing some to actively dislike the medium. Which I don't blame them there are some truly rancid works that are glorified gif viewers. But actual decent products exist in this category it just takes some window/thrift shopping to find them.

If I want to see porn, I go to a porn site, not play a game. One of the things that draws me in to porn games are the custom renders that the devs make. I don't want to press play on a porn game and see a 30 second loop gif of Riley Reid getting railed. I can get a longer video of that anywhere else on the internet.
