Aside from dicks the worst common thing in real porn games is the random mix of "models". One chara should always be the same person, not dozens of persons.

I avoid them 100% of the time.
Like mentioned, why not go to the source material to begin with.
Also, since the images are given, the story has to be told around them, or equally likely it seems, have little to do with them at all.

Tipically sooner or later the aviable pictures and videos begin to lead the story, and they always lead it astray.

I definitely feel like it's lazy content, and most of the time, things don't fit the images/clips used.

There are some that are ok, but most are junk. There are some game that just have some as like backdrops on tv and that seems to work well.

They were good like 25 year ago, when 3d render where very poor in quality. Nowadays with the quality of render beeing almost realistic, is incoherent to make a game using real porn.

Immediately hide/ignore.
Real images kill the entire purpose of the gaming world. Games are not reality, they are supposed to be further from it and thrive on its own aspect and styles.

Some have decent enough writing, if it's pretty much a sex novel with gifs I can get some enjoyment from it. But sandboxy games with random gifs does nothing. I've enjoyed "The company" for example

If done well, I like real clips included. The writing can get into taboo aspects the porn movie dares not travel into. This is a turn on.
