Overview:
Yui Suzuhara is secretly going out with her homeroom teacher (the protagonist).
One day, she is summoned by the PE teacher Tougo, and shown some incriminating photos of her and the teacher on an early-morning date.
If their relationship is found out, they'll never be able to be together again.

when I download this file (tried all 4 options with same results) It created a folder titled ENVJ009471-Final, when I open that folder I get a new folder titled Erectlip, When I open that folder I get a new folder titled Sensei Ano ne EN. When I open that folder I have 6 application folders titled anone, config, setup, file chedker, data and dll.
So anyone know what I am doning or why I cant get a good download

I linked the scan on VirusTotal. In there you can see the contents ("Relations" tab), and scan results for individual files.
"Extract and run" implies there is no setup or installation to be done. The file you want to run is then "anone.exe".
