All this because the lesson givers are in reality those who do not differentiate between games and reality. I played Counter Strike for years, but I was never a "terrorist" and even less a SWAT member.

What? that makes no sense. If pixels were considered alive in legal terms, I would be guilty of mass murder every time I played assassins creed. Is this some weird case law or something I can look up?
Well, when you know that some peoples got legaly married to their tamagoshi years ago...
Nothing should surprise us now.
 
Only actual characters are the ones concerned with having a legal identity (not random characters). And only the ones registered. If a character hasn't been registered then it won't matter. And it's been mostly movies/series characters so far, not a lot of game characters are registered.
