I am always looking for a good game with pregnancy mechanics. Its hard to find, Simple Days has done a good job but there is not maybe as much build up as I would like.

I enjoyed Love and Sex, Second Base. It has a pretty solid mechanic, but its 2D art which i'm not huge on.

Either this ^ , or somewhere between the beginning and middle.
Having it straight from the beginning kind of takes away the 'immersion' , unless that is the absolute main focus of the story.

This probably the most BREEDING heavy game i EVER played tho it's soo fun to see MC not Age a SINGLE FUCKING DAY but have like 5034 kids

I hacked it to be more realistic time-wise, so pregnancy lasts 240ish days (added a randomiser). Then I changed the years to be 12 months not 4. Then I added a preg time on the girls' status pages so you could see how many days they have been pregnant for. Then I added a skip day option because the game became pretty tedious. I still prefer the immersion of feeling like actual time is passing. It's completely immersion-breaking for me for chicks to be popping babies out every 18 days. They're not gerbils.

I like pregnancy and breeding in games. Pregnancy for female protag and breeding for man-whore protag. Incest/harem/breeding man-slut FTW!

It's really difficult to find a game with all those prerequisites, especially the pregnancy carrying to full term before the end. Most of them have pregnancy right at, or at least very close to, the end, and almost none actually bring it to term. I've got a few games I like. Other people probably have loads more suggestions.

Games that end on pregnancy:
Holstein Girls
Snow Daze: The Music of Winter
Lab Rats
Four Elements Trainer (the second and third (Fire and Earth) love route storylines end on pregnancy. I don't know about the final one that's still being developed)
Parental Love (pretty good game in general, with a loli daughter to seduce)
Insexual Awakening
Sleeping Sister (difficult to categorise this one, since it doesn't have a story at all. It's a somnophilia incest game with eventual pregnancy. I really like it despite how minimalistic it is)

Games where pregnancy is more than an ending footnote, even if only barely:
Reconnecting (you impregnate your daughter about halfway through the story. SuperWriter tends to have at least one character pregnant by the end, but this game has the most focus on that aspect)
Prince of Suburbia (various characters are impregnated over the course of the game, some really early on)
Incubus City (pregnancy is a mechanic. It doesn't mean much, and mostly shows up in each route's ending, but it's something)
Insexual Awakening 2 (pregnancy content isn't yet done, but at least one character is already impregnable well before her route is over)
Such A Sharp Pain (on this site. Pregnancy seems to be built up, but it's not in the game proper just yet. Great incest story. Try it once you've got access)
Lab Rats 2: Reformulate mod (the mod specifically, since the actual game was abandoned very early on. All characters are impregnable. None really have routes, since it's far more of a game than most porn games, and their pregnancies can come fully to term as you progress through the days. No babies appear onscreen, though)
Tamas Awakening (characters are pregnant for a large portion of the story, bump and all)
College Daze (characters can get pregnant the first time you have sex with them, which often happens really early on in the game. it's a day by day game, though, and has yet to exceed a month's worth of days, so no bumps on anyone barring you using magic to speed things up)

A game that seems pretty promising:
Family Breeding by Whiteleaf Studios (haven't played it, but the name pretty much tells you the premise)

My dream game would involve breeding a girl (ideally related to you because incest ftw) and her giving birth to a daughter that is then a Love Interest. This would necessitate either a time skip or an extended flashback, so I know its unlikely to ever happen, but what's the point of getting a girl pregnant if not to bang the girl she gives birth to?

Pregnant women have always been a huge turnoff. And, I prefer my sex to be had for sex's sake without any considerations of real world consequences.
