How do you feel about it in your games? Love it? Hate it? Like it to exclusively be reserved for endgame content, or look forward to it as a prominent plot point/game mechanic? Want the game to draw to a close on full bellies, or like to see the kids born before the final curtain falls?

I can't get enough of it. I'm not much for games with an anal focus specifically because it means that there's less/no chance of getting the girl pregnant. Games that have vaginal intercourse with pull-outs or no pregnancy by the end always feel like a cheap cop-out to me, even if I knew about the absence going in. If there's a dedicated love interest in the game I'm supposed to get invested in, I want her inflated like a beach ball by the end of it. If I don't get that, I feel like I've wasted my time. If the MC is female, I generally make her throw herself at the first half-decent guy in the cast so that she can pop him out a baby before the credits roll. And that wording isn't accidental; I like to see the kids actually emerge before it's all over. The bigger the family when the game ends, the better the experience for me.

Kind of depends on the game. Corruption based game it could be a good mechanic. Something like Free Cities it is a must. DMD maybe not so much

The thing about having breeding/Pregnancy in a game is to make it believable.
Like one my favorites games Peasant quest. Alot of pregnancy but when you go to sleep twice and you have kid, You sleep couple of times more and you have son/daughter than can walk, Speak & work
but that said; I wish i could force every game to have pregnancy/breeding
The worst thing that i hate is when that content is RIGHT at the ending, I do understand it's like a closure for the story but you get like couple of lines maybe a scene and you get he black screen saying; [FIN]

I personally find it tedious and time consuming. There are too many steps and factors to account for to get perfect IV. Mindlessly walking back and forth hatching eggs. And if you want any good egg moves to be passed down then it's a whole other endeavor that can take weeks on its own.
Look down on me all you want, purists. I'd much rather use a save editor.

I've got the same opinion as you on that, but sadly there are not many good games like that. Could you recommend some?

I agree with pretty much everything here, especially the bit about it being more than just a footnote for the ending. I love it when the creator makes pregnancy a major plot point that progresses over the course of the story once you've done the nasty, or even a dedicated mechanic with tangible consequences and benefits. The babies actually staying onscreen once born, and remaining young instead of being instantly aged up Lilith's Throne-style, is a bonus.

I love the concept but i feel there like there are few games that really let you play with, like it's always either just told to you on a prologue or just an image or a render at the end of the game, i like it best when it happens in the story, and you get a few scenes with the belly

I feel exactly the same, it's a real shame most games that have pregnancy save it for the end. I'm currently playing 'Simple days' and it's pregnancy content is almost perfect. One guy in the game's thread had 40+ kids by the time he reached the end of the update. Biggest downside to that game is no loli content, but I am pleasantly surprised by how much content is in the game.

But I kinda feel bad if it's smols or teens, they lose part of the fun time of their live that way.

It's really difficult to find a game with all those prerequisites, especially the pregnancy carrying to full term before the end. Most of them have pregnancy right at, or at least very close to, the end, and almost none actually bring it to term. I've got a few games I like. Other people probably have loads more suggestions.

Games that end on pregnancy:
Holstein Girls
Snow Daze: The Music of Winter
Lab Rats
Four Elements Trainer (the second and third (Fire and Earth) love route storylines end on pregnancy. I don't know about the final one that's still being developed)
Parental Love (pretty good game in general, with a loli daughter to seduce)
Insexual Awakening
Sleeping Sister (difficult to categorise this one, since it doesn't have a story at all. It's a somnophilia incest game with eventual pregnancy. I really like it despite how minimalistic it is)

Games where pregnancy is more than an ending footnote, even if only barely:
Reconnecting (you impregnate your daughter about halfway through the story. SuperWriter tends to have at least one character pregnant by the end, but this game has the most focus on that aspect)
Prince of Suburbia (various characters are impregnated over the course of the game, some really early on)
Incubus City (pregnancy is a mechanic. It doesn't mean much, and mostly shows up in each route's ending, but it's something)
Insexual Awakening 2 (pregnancy content isn't yet done, but at least one character is already impregnable well before her route is over)
Such A Sharp Pain (on this site. Pregnancy seems to be built up, but it's not in the game proper just yet. Great incest story. Try it once you've got access)
Lab Rats 2: Reformulate mod (the mod specifically, since the actual game was abandoned very early on. All characters are impregnable. None really have routes, since it's far more of a game than most porn games, and their pregnancies can come fully to term as you progress through the days. No babies appear onscreen, though)
Tamas Awakening (characters are pregnant for a large portion of the story, bump and all)
College Daze (characters can get pregnant the first time you have sex with them, which often happens really early on in the game. it's a day by day game, though, and has yet to exceed a month's worth of days, so no bumps on anyone barring you using magic to speed things up)

A game that seems pretty promising:
Family Breeding by Whiteleaf Studios (haven't played it, but the name pretty much tells you the premise)
