How do you feel about it in your games? Love it? Hate it? Like it to exclusively be reserved for endgame content, or look forward to it as a prominent plot point/game mechanic? Want the game to draw to a close on full bellies, or like to see the kids born before the final curtain falls?

I can't get enough of it. I'm not much for games with an anal focus specifically because it means that there's less/no chance of getting the girl pregnant. Games that have vaginal intercourse with pull-outs or no pregnancy by the end always feel like a cheap cop-out to me, even if I knew about the absence going in. If there's a dedicated love interest in the game I'm supposed to get invested in, I want her inflated like a beach ball by the end of it. If I don't get that, I feel like I've wasted my time. If the MC is female, I generally make her throw herself at the first half-decent guy in the cast so that she can pop him out a baby before the credits roll. And that wording isn't accidental; I like to see the kids actually emerge before it's all over. The bigger the family when the game ends, the better the experience for me.

It's one of the better fetishes, tbh. It's just that very few games actually follow through on the promise. A ton of games are like "yay your GF is pregnant!" and then abruptly end. Lame.

See this is exactly what I've been looking for, it does exist but it's rare. The Guardian has some aspects of this, especially with the sequel coming out soon. You have to have some sort of time-skip or it doesnt make sense and not a lot of games can do that.

I like the guardian, it is a bit over the place with the story but it works. The idea of breeding the sister, then the daughters, just supreme

It's for sure not a perfect game, but none are. There are little aspects of the good stuff in a lot of games. The main problem i see with these types though is that they focus too much on the DAZ renders or whatever and not enough on the talk aspect. It's a visual novel, got it, but both of those parts are important. I find the text hotter than the pictures most of the time anyway. Another set of games that get sort of close are the slave games like Free Cities or Strive Conquest.

Agreed, I like its different patch for that reason, same render basically but different narrative really shapes the scene. Especially with how degenerate the sister is

You mean Lilith? She's exactly the right kind of crazy for the first half of The Guardian. Once the plot kicks in she kind of goes off the rails though. I get the feeling that she was written like that just so that some of the other characters got a chance to shine. Sad.

The Assistant remake is also very good, same author. The daughter character in that is f'ed and it's great.

Crazy-ish characters are very rarely done well. I think she was at first. I honestly can't name anyone similar to her in other games, it's just a very rare archetype. She came with daughters, and wanted to make more with the OC lol.

I love breeding as well, but I can go either way on having kids in game. I enjoy getting to experience the pregnancy though. The single shot at the end of the game seems like a missed opportunity!

I hate breeding as a fetish and a concept. Maybe it's because I had a pregnancy scare IRL that left me spooked. Or maybe it's because I don't like children that much. I definitely enjoy breeding in games, sometimes it feels like a missed opportunity if a game doesn't have it though sometimes it is understandable for leaving it out. Simple Days is one of my favourites for breeding games.
