I met the requirements for the full access, and I made a request via ticket, and now I see everything (but no response from anyone or warnings), and so far so good.
The thing is, things at the top of the page have disappeared, including the "support" button.
It's normal?

I was thinking the same. Half an hour ago the site was slow as shit; now speed is back to normal but all that stuff disappeared. Hope it's temporary

I think this is exactly the case, also because several games are not where they should be, which is the reason for the new rules.

How do you ask for ticket?

You must meet the requirements first, read here: Active Members+ Rank Requirements
and then I think you have to wait for the "support" section to reappear.

It is unlikely, I think this may be due to the fact that the site was very slow today due to the influx of messages caused by the new rules.

I think this has to do with them being watched threads for you. Don't know for sure though.

Well they straight up deleted my ticket despite meeting the requirements. But apparently the ticket system is being "ignored" right now .. but why delete my ticket instead of just ignoring it until the rank system is fixed?

I don't like having to reapply later. It's a waste of my time, and their time.

i suspect the back end is a dumpster fire, so it may take a few days before any thing works right. and the site probably has a much greater strain on it now that everyone is trying to reach the magic 35 messages
