Sex scenes are very short and unfulfilling. There need more dirty talk, more juices... more naughty, more kinky. Right now, they feel more like an afterthought. More like a place holder for a "fade to black" moment.

For example the first scene with rose where you pop her cherry. This needs to be more impactful, more emotions, more back and forth.

The scene with Claire was extremely disappointing since just having that upper or bottom view separate views is not that interesting. Hoping Claire and Chloe both get their own scene as good as Isabella got in 0.4

Otherwise.. bravo on an amazing update. I had forgotten how great of a job @ShaddyGames does at creating great environments for the scenes.

Well I guess can't bat 1000 and have everyone's first time perfect. Popping a cherry in the shower while standing up probably not the most romantic or comfortable for her either, oh well, she wanted it like that and was just impatient. At least now we know which twin was getting it first. It was going in order of age so I was sure Kathy was going to be next. I would have lost that bet. I also wish every girl had their own moans as well, kinda weird when they all sound exactly the same.

No, because you have to remember the choices you made. If the choices don't matter, it's a kinetic novel, and I hate kinetic novels. If they can't get their shit straight by this far in, I'm done. If I was a patron I'd have immediately dropped. I have done that before in ones not this far in.

The alignment issues for the Options screens have been fixed for next release. It wasn't doing it for me on my PC. Ended up having to load the game up on my wife's laptop to replicate. And Yes I checked with ALL font options. It'll definitely be fixed.

Those having issues with Isabel's dress. I'm going to assume you're using compressed or did not do a fresh extract of the game to a new folder. Over almost 2 weeks prior to public release, none of my supporters or beta testers experienced these issues. Though to be fair, the compressed version is not tested.
