I would assume cause its old posts, this has something about rank entries? and their description but it leads me to 404

404 is a deleted page or the link has changed its name & it wasn't updated in the post you seen it

The shop says it costs 85 LewdCoins. However, when I click “Buy,” the following message appears:

when your at the store tab, a few buttons down from the store button is "progress". you can see your activity score and what contributes to it there. you probably just need more posts, and having the website open in one tab looking at threads gives score too
