Sorry if this is a dumb question but if I go to the shop why is one members plus 12 coins and one 250, Is one monthly and one yearly or perm? It doesn't say or I am blind and missing it.

They're both permanent.
The 12 DONATION coins, is for those who Donate and want it "right away" (requires contacting Jack of Blades with proof).
The 250 ACTIVITY coins, is for those that spend time interact on various threads and aren't in that much of a hurry.
