Exhibitionism, all the way. And when I say that, I don't mean simply screwing in an alley behind a cafe or something similar, a scenario where there's a chance of someone finding you but you're not really going out of your way to get caught. I'm talking about having sex on a park bench along a major pathway at noon, having genitalia/boobs prominently exposed while walking down a busy street and pretending to be unaware, or trying your hardest to play off a girl riding you like a Ducati on a crowded train as her innocently sitting on your lap as you approach your stop. With that last one, maybe you even give up on the act and give everyone around you a real show before you dip.

Very few games, even ones tagged with exhibitionism, truly go all the way with it. In my experience, they usually settle for scenarios with little real risk and many potential exit strategies, wherein bystanders either don't notice the sex at all, or are lobotomised so that the most they give you is a passing glance and a questioning frown, along with a little "Are they really…? No, can't be. I'm seeing things."

I'd like a game where the MC and LIs really commit to the bit. It's fiction, so them getting away with something so outlandish can happen. Hell, you could even make their ability to escape dependent on the player making the right choices in the narrative, or being good enough at a minigame to evade capture. If you're going to put exhibitionism in your game, really go for it. Don't pussy out and have them screw in the park at midnight or something; that's only marginally more interesting than them doing it in a hotel room with the lights off.

Unless you look away from Skyrim and Sims etc with extensive mods (and it's really not that good either), there really isn't that many great ones out there. For AVN's you have RealLegacyUsers Apocalypse which features a decent amount of it and will have more in the future. There is a Japanese dev team that have games with it (

There are a plethora of games where all women have absolutely balloon-sized breasts or inflation content (and that's perfectly fine, happy for everyone into that kinda thing to have lots of choice) but there are rarely games where most of the female cast has a smaller chest. Not sure if I'm the only one, but I feel "sweat" is really an underused (visual) element. Probably tricky to get it right and not be weird or off-putting, but if done tastefully it could make a scene more visceral or natural. I have no artistic skill whatsoever, so no idea how hard or tedious it would be to implement, I'd like to see it more though.
