If the game actually branched out with the choices, a walkthrough might have even be a detriment. But for most games its just content or no content. Its almost like they design their games to be played with walkthroughs.
The whole colony system starts out way too slow and advances even slower to justify any sort of crisis mechanic attached to it. I wish it was more like x4. Let the dangers grow organically around the system instead of just spawning endless fleets to just remove hours of gameplay spent on the colony.
