Excuse me when i'm in the hospital when I'm in the hospital on Harem Route with Cassey and I'm asked if I want to see Macy again or not what's the difference? I have gone through the whole story and there is no difference between the 2 choices

You need to activate the WT in the settings. If you see Macy at hospital:


You'll be in Macy's path and not in Harem.

Now i am at this point and all choice and all my choices were following the WT of Harem (Family Path), and it brought me to this scene where I have the 2 decisions

If you choose the first one, you'll be in Harem path. All the LIs but Macy

There are two triggers. In the office in chapter 1 you can either reconcile with Casey or not. If you annoy her and she doesn't forgive you, she won't come back; if she forgives you, she'll come back.

But so if I look at Rebecca's butt in the office and then Cassey gets angry, Cassey won't come back and therefore the game will basically go the way of Bonds of blood?

Instead in my case I didn't look at Rebecca's butt, Cassey didn't get angry and actually approached me again. So whatever choice I make now at the hospital being in the street of Cassey Macy won't come back?

I remember back then the first release, or maybe it was already 1 update in or so. I directly saw the huge potential and the high quality you put in.
But since I am from that "faction" who needs more content before I give myself into the story, and I am not a big fan of waiting months for updates i let it rest more.
With the latest update, I finally thought enough time has passed and holy moly... you exceeded my expectations. You and your team (I think so since i saw some different names here and there if not even more impressive) do such a great work.

Let alone the character models/design there is no single character where i would say "meh" (Still i like younger Cassey before all the changes (Megan fox effect) much more, especially her "smaller" boobs, but that's ofc just my personal taste) And the daughters man thats where you really polished a diamond, its insane i know i sound like a crazy fanboy, but its just the truth. Your work is so good.

I wish you all the best and to make much content and i hope your game after that will be similiar "type" =D

Yes and no. It depends on one of your choices:

If you reject aunt Sophie in one of the flashbacks or decide to not cum in her, Kyra (the girl you meet in France at your aunts house) is the lost daughter of the MC and Macy. Otherwise she is the daughter of the MC and Sophie.
