According to what ketzal said some of the subscribers wanted to know more about Macy so he made the spinoff, but he eventually decided to merge it all in the Macy path of the main game.- marcomemmey

Depends on which update you're talking about. The 0.9.1.22 only updates the Macy path. So the last scene would be somewhere after the flashback the MC has while talking with her.- marcomemmey
