There is a warning message at this moment, and I think Ketzal want to keep a kind of suspense and confusion in the story. We are just in the beggining of the game and we will have some answer in the next update (about the sister ? Cassie is really Haley and Alice mom ? so many things)

Is it the warning about going with Clem or going to Macy's house? Should I ignore Macy and leave with Clem?

No, I was talking about the choices at the hospital, it seems to me that ignoring the text messages ends the adventure with Macy. In my part, I chose to answer the phone and in the hospital I called Cassie (Family path) and not to go see Macy in bed. Later, when we take Leana and Tiffany to school, there's a scene where you can see a motorcycle with a helmet on the back - the helmet is a hidden element. If you can click on it, do so. According to ketzal, this means that Macy is alive. And even though you have Haley and Cassie arriving at your sister's house, Macy is scheduled to show up later.

There seems to be quite a bit of misunderstanding, but you should know that this is on purpose. SSP isn't even halfway through its story yet, so there's still a lot to discover.

About MACY. The whole story revolves around the relationship between MC and her mother in the past.
Either MC mourns his mother and moves on with his life, assuming who he is because of (or thanks to) his mother, or he can't let go of his mother and
continues with her.
If MACY is alive and Cassey is gone, you'll have no choice: MACY will have the upper hand in the relationship, just as she did
in MC's youth. But if MACY is alive and MC is still in a relationship with Cassey, then yes, she'll be back, but she won't have as much hold over
MC.

I hope that's a little clearer for you all.

Almost as good as Cassie's fertility team harvesting an egg from Nicole and then putting it inside Cassie in the perfect spot to be fertilized without IVF!

It seems like the mc's family is also highly inbred and they don't seem to have any health issues or shit like that. When I play these games I always assume that IRL rules don't apply. I always see it as the story happening in a parallel universe where that kind of stuff is possible.

Well, health issues in that kind of relationships are probability but not certainty. If you remember Eastern rulers like Egyptian pharaohs, Persian shahinshahs or even the lineage of Cleopatra, they often married their sisters to keep the bloodline from being diluted. The same applies to the Inkas. While the concentration of that stuff in SSP is much higher, still the health problems due to inbreeding is not a must.

I don't see any need for the story to get so complicated, nor for Macy's return, I think that most are more interested in the renders than in the story itself, which after all is nothing more than a fiction, why do they take it so seriously????!! !!! For me, the lolita walk is enough, it starts in Tffany and ends in Alice... it's great.

No, the story is what makes this game so distinct from all the other loli games, not only renders.
