Regarding the conception of Alice, in one bonus scene in a prior update, Cassey struggled with infertility until she went to talk to Nicole...and then begged the MC for sex, saying she had a good feeling about it this time. The implication is that she borrowed one of Nicole's eggs like one would borrow a cup of sugar (making Nicole Alice's biological mother).

It doesn't work that way...

There are so many technical terms that make me understand that I don't really know anything... but the important thing for me is the soap opera/story itself and the characters, the images themselves.
I didn't notice any changes between test versions 62 and final version 63, am I missing something? My bonus doesn't open, it must be because of the file type. My new version always ends with Hailey's appearance, is there another ending?

Version 62? 63? If you come from Boosty or SS you have the bonus. Dl the R version, not the RP version (P is for Public).

I read in previous pages that one of the ending scenes can be the Office Guy with the police. I got the police but no Office Guy cops called by Cassey instead, how do I get that scene? I let Alex catch me with Rebecca but nothing happens, I just keep getting Macy even without clicking on the doctor's helmet.

the most important thing is that the uterus of the expectant mother is prepared and works properly.

IVF requires a lot more work than that. First the egg donor would take fertility drugs in order to drop several ova at once for harvest. Then the ova would be fertilized in test tubes and allowed to divide for some time before being implanted into the recipient to hopefully implant themselves into the uterine wall and begin growing. Multiple embryos are implanted in the hopes that at least one will take and each round costs upwards of $20k dollars in the U.S. Not to mention that any reputable fertility doctor would not use donor eggs from the sister of the prospective father Though ketzal's facepalm indicates I may have misinterpreted what was going on in that scene.

I can't look at the game right now, but from what I remember:

You basically need to not fix things with Casey (so she's not the one showing up) and pick choices that will make Macy want to keep living. If you got it right with Macy, in the background, outside school before meeting the principal, you will see the doctor from the hospital flashback and on the back of her motorcycle there will be a helmet you can click on. Also, I'm not sure how, but the guy from the office can show up with a cop and that can also prevent the Macy scene. I got it by following the blood bond path and being friendly to that guy at the office.

during one of the flashbacks in chapter two, your mother wakes you up. There are two choices: Pretend to sleep or wake up. However, the wake up is greyed out behind "Need to eavesdrop on the conversation". However, which conversation are they talking about? I did eavesdrop on my mother and her sister talking about her pregnancy - but apparently thaht's not enough.
I did manage to get this option in version 0.57, but I have no clue what exactly I did to get this option available.
