It can be nice if the receiving character is very clearly into it.

If there's any suggestion that the person is uncomfortable, then it feels like way too much and becomes offputting.

[drilling]

not my cup of tea

As long as the reactions match. Sometimes, they'll take a huge one that makes them bulge to 1.5x their waistline and they'd be all fine with it, like bruh they should be experiencing pain and/or shock at the very least

[Foo]

It only seems hot if it fits the vibe of the game and doesn't break immersion. If the game is realistic - no thank you. It would usually kill. If it's ludicrous like the Doll City games - go for it!

[Ban_bestboi]

Not a huge fan, kinda creeps me out a little bit

[blonk1]

Depends on how extreme it is

[Playbot7]

Absolutely especially with huge cumflations and that jiggly belly

[erogaymer77]

as long it's not too silly it's perfect

[wontffnow]

A little bulge is okay.

[Xeno_Frost]

yeah it's fine as long as it's not to excessive

[Ben112]

Yes, if its not to over exaggerated im fine with it.

[ghost cat]

I always think it looks weird honestly

[TM REDUX]

As long as its not gratuitous than im down with it

[a1fox3]

It has to be done in good taste for me to like it.
Very minor movement is the best for this.

[CatLewdsAll]

I enjoy it. But sometimes it doesn't look right

[evvi]

A little deformation okay, not something ridiculous big ew

[Reyman7775]

Full of cum? Then yes xD

[pearson.smith]

yes, but only if done withing reason. some artists go way too overboard.
