I didn't think I would, but I recently found a game on itch that entirely revolved around it, and (aside from the confusing gameplay and barely functional status of the game) it was enjoyable. It depends, it can be hideous if done poorly, but I love stuff with VERY small characters gettin' banged (like, fairies and other creatures like that). Obviously, assuming the scene doesn't turn into guro from the size difference, you NEED some bulge to explain where it's all going, unless it's explained away with magic, but that's kind of boring. When it's done well, like with the aforementioned tiny characters, it adds a lot to the image/scene, very enjoyable. It helps to show the impact of the situation, it gives you a visual way of being like WOW, that's intense! Without the bulge, the image can still be fine, but it lacks that same level of impact and intensity, unless you make use of other methods to convey it.
