It can be nice if the receiving character is very clearly into it.

If there's any suggestion that the person is uncomfortable, then it feels like way too much and becomes offputting.

As long as the reactions match. Sometimes, they'll take a huge one that makes them bulge to 1.5x their waistline and they'd be all fine with it, like bruh they should be experiencing pain and/or shock at the very least
